This brand identity work for McKenzie Construction features a choreographed virtual tour of the boutique construction company.

Years after hiring McKenzie to collaborate with 2 other vendors to build an exclusive influencer gift I designed for the United States debut of El Clasico, I reunited with the boutique construction company to implement an update to their brand. I produced 4 new division-focused websites, designed brand signage and inspirational messaging and image wraps for both the exterior and interior of their offices, architectural photography of their latest projects and the execution of a filmed exposé in the form of a virtual tour of their headquarters in Miami’s industrial center, Allapattah. A week of rehearsals included a series of choreographed movements that I directed to showcase not only the company but their staff in action. I then created a flight path which was executed by a remarkably talented drone pilot. The inside out hovering filmed experience allowed me to produce a truly organic experience without the use of special effects.

When I was juried into the Bakehouse Art Complex, I took a hiatus from client work to focus on developing as an artist. But it didn’t take long before I began to use my multimedia talents to make an impact outside of my studio walls. The BAC had long been overdue for a website upgrade so I offered an all-encompassing brand renovation of their online persona that included a new mobile-friendly website, portraits and in-studio photography of all 70 resident artists and their workspaces along with a Brand Exposé Film, entitled Connecting The Dots, showcasing the impact of this top-rated South Florida artist complex during North America’s largest art event, Art Basel Miami Artweek.

When my dear friend, World Press award-winning portrait photographer Jefferey Salter set out for a new assignment to capture cigar-making legendary couple Litto & Ines Gomez of La Flor Dominicana Cigars, I went along to document his process. Being an avid cigar smoker myself, it was joy to see La FLor Dominicana’s Miami warehouse in person. I captured the experience and showcased the work behind the art of both portrait photography and cigar-making. The film piece was then licensed by Cigar Aficionado Magazine to be featured on their website accompanying the article.

This brand identity uniquely features professional portrait photographer Jefferey Salter stepping outside of his client driven portrait practice for a project of personal importance to him featuring his Phase One Camera. This video was one of the elements that lead to Mr. Salter becoming a travelling spokesperson and advocate for Phase One.
